Hi, I'm Molly.

I'm a natural light, lifestyle photographer based in Northern Virginia.  Ever since that Kodak Fisher Price 110 film camera in the 1980’s, I have loved taking pictures.  However, it was the arrival of my own three kids years later that set off my intense desire to chronicle their childhoods with meaningful images that show them how they lived and loved. 

I photograph because I see art in everyday moments: the light through the trees, the toddler climbing into his favorite chair, the sun flare, the dad reading to his child, the toddler holding on to her mother’s leg, the siblings running off together. I see it in their eyes, their laughter, their connection. I am a storyteller.

Yes, we will get the posed, looking at the camera shots, but my hope is that you will trust my passion for creating authentic and meaningful work. My hope is that I can help you pause time by giving you photos that you can hold close like a time capsule of this moment.
